Eye Envy should be used on clean (bleach-free) hair, in order to see the true results.
How to use?
Step 1: Shake bottle of Eye Envy Tear Stain Remover well and apply to the eyes using the special Eye Applicating pads.
Step 2: Gently wipe around eye area. Don't be afraid to get it too wet. Do NOT pour solution into eyes, but don't worry if a bit gets inside. Allow to dry.
Step 3: After completing the first two steps, gently work the Eye Envy Powder into your pets fur, working around the eyes and working powder against the hair growth using the special Eye Applicating pads. Allow to dry. You can apply the powder immediately after applying the solution. The powder is used more by show people, but definitely brightens the fur. Avoid powder in their nose.
